SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
Bronze
To help PDXmas by becoming a Bronze sponsor is easy! Bronze sponsors can display and sell “PDXmas Vol. 1” at their business establishment. PDXmas will provide you with an attractive, small display case that will hold about 10 CDs. If your establishment is not set up to make direct sales of the CD, as a Bronze member you can choose to display “tear sheets” on your counter. The tear sheets consist of a pad of paper. Each sheet has information about where to purchase “PDXmas Vol. 1,” and serves as a reminder when the customer puts one in his pocket.
Also, as a Bronze sponsor, you may choose to co-advertise the PDXmas with your current advertising campaign. If your business currently has a print and / or media campaign, you can help PDXmas by using our logo, creating awareness for our program, and directing traffic to our website. PDXmas can also help you design / write / supply your ad if you need assistance. Furthermore, as a Bronze sponsor, you can choose to include the PDXmas on any collateral you create for your business (for instance, if you have custom matches, or coasters in your establishment, you would include the PDXmas logo).
Silver
A PDXmas Silver sponsor has an opportunity to bring more attention to their business. As a Silver sponsor, you can choose to supply coupons that offer discounts to your business. For example, if you own a bar and grill, you might choose to help PDXmas and Toys for Tots by donating coupons good for discounted meals (”$5 off your next dinner special”). You could give PDXmas 200 printed coupons and $200 (one dollar for each coupon insertion). Then, these coupons would be randomly inserted into the entire run of CDs when they are manufactured.
Gold
Gold sponsors can choose to pre-order a set amount of “PDXmas Vol. 1.” These CDs make great stocking-stuffers, gifts for your employees, or gifts for your clients / customers. Show your pride in Portland by sharing the gift of our home-grown talent. And since the proceeds are going to a non-profit organization, it makes a great end-of-year taxable write-off.
For pre-orders of 1,000 or more CDs, PDXmas invites you to customize the artwork to feature your business and the PDXmas / Toys for Tots partnership.
Platinum
The Platinum sponsor is an exclusive privilege. As a Platinum sponsor, your business would be co-branded as an equal partner with PDXmas / Toys for Tots. This means all collateral (like the CD display boxes, etc.), the website, printed ads, radio and television spots would prominently feature your company’s logo, brand, ID.
Our Platinum sponsor will have input on creative and marketing aspects of this program. PDXmas welcomes any company that feels that this program would be a good fit for them.
